A cinematic autumn forest scene created for the October Energy Forecast, featuring a woman journaling at an apothecary table filled with potion bottles, herbs, crystals, and candles while surrounded by black crows. The golden setting reflects October’s themes of discernment, self-trust, business strategy, and creating wealth in new ways.

“Your next level of wealth will be built by questioning the rules, and trusting yourself enough to change direction.” — Lynn Louise Larson

October has BIG potential for your money and business. But you have to be willing to challenge some of your own rules to access it.

🤔 You’ll be reevaluating strategies.

🤔 The things society tells you are necessary in business.

🤔 The amount of time you spend working in your business.

October Energy Wealth Forecast brings an incredible energy for questioning everything you believe to be true about creating success. You know I LOVE this. Because the Aquarius in me hates social standards. I know how much they restrict our ability to manifest money.

And some of our biggest financial breakthroughs come from questioning something we’ve been doing simply because we assumed we have to.

This is a month for illuminating how your next level could require LESS from you and more alignment.

October gives us permission to challenge the status quo and the assumptions that have kept us trapped in overwhelm around our businesses. That is exciting as hell. And I, for one, plan to take full advantage of the frequency.

One of the areas to pay close attention to is the current strategies that consume most of your time but deliver very little return. Allow yourself to imagine a better or completely different way of applying them.

Because we have a tendency to become very attached to the way we’ve “always done things.” And this is 100% normal. Think about how emotionally invested you are in your offers, funnels, programs, even platforms. It’s like changing banks. We treat them like our firstborn. 😂 Seriously, how upset would you be if today all of that disappeared? True story, I’d be in tears.

We’ve put so much work into all of it. Some of it you’ve probably spent months trying to make work simply because changing direction feels like admitting you’re wrong. We’ve all been there. But at some point, we have to come to terms with the fact that our business doesn’t reward us for being right.

Business Rewards You for Paying Attention.

Sometimes we can see something isn’t working immediately. But other times, something might work beautifully for three years and then subtly stop working without us noticing.

There are many reasons things stop working:

  • Market changes.

  • Technology changes.

  • Your audience changes.

  • Gurl, YOU change!

And sometimes you finally have enough experience to see an opportunity you couldn’t have recognized years ago.

That is evidence of evolution. 🥳

And October is a fantastic month for it.

Time to Question Everything in Your Life and Business, in a Good Way

One of the most powerful things you can do in business is question your own assumptions. Not from a place of insecurity. But from curiosity.

There’s a massive difference between, “Oh God, nothing is working. What am I doing wrong?” and “Huh. That’s interesting. What is this showing me?”

The shift makes you question the strategy. And I think women entrepreneurs spend far too much time making themselves the problem and not questioning what they have been taught to DO.

I see women with offers that aren’t selling, so they decide they have a money block. That’s not necessarily a money block. A launch underperforms, so they start questioning whether they’re aligned. Or a lead generator doesn’t convert, so suddenly they’re wondering whether some subconscious part of them is terrified of success.

Probably not!

It’s probably that your headline sucks. 😂

Or the price doesn’t match the offer.

Or, what I have been guilty of and see most often, you’re talking about an abstract outcome when your buyer wants something tangible.

I’m not saying your internal world doesn’t matter. Because it matters enormously.

You know I believe that. I’m a Master Certified Hypnotist, after all. Your subconscious beliefs influence what you notice, what you avoid, what you tolerate, how you sell, how you lead, and how much you trust yourself.

🚨 But personal development should never make you avoid questioning the damn strategy. And October Energy Wealth Forecast is asking you to do just that.

Have no fear! October is here, and with it comes a great month to separate the two.

Is This a Strategy Problem? Or a Lack of Self-Trust?

This question is always worth asking, but even more so this month. Because sometimes it’s the strategy that needs to change. And a lot of times, I see women who already KNOW what needs to change but don’t trust themselves enough to do it. These require two completely different solutions.

🅰️ If your messaging isn’t landing, test new messaging.

🅱️ If you’re avoiding testing new messaging because you’re afraid you’ll get it wrong, now we’re talking about self-trust.

🅰️ If an offer isn’t converting, look at the offer.

🅱️ If you know the offer needs to change but refuse to touch it because you’ve already spent six months building it, look at your attachment.

🅰️ If you need more leads, build a better lead generation strategy.

🅱️ If you know you need more visibility but keep hiding behind tasks that make you feel productive, look deeper.

Discernment is vital to the success of a business.

And October is practically begging us to use it.

Stop Making Every Business Decision Mean Something About You

This might be one of my favorite lessons for October. Because we are allowed to test something and have it flop. ➡️ We are allowed to change our minds.

Rename the offer.

Change the price.

And abandon a strategy altogether.

🔥 It’s okay to witness that your audience doesn’t care about the thing you thought they would care about. That’s part of marketing, and it can be resolved.

🔥 If you discover that something you were convinced would work doesn’t, what’s the problem? Now you know.

None of it means anything about your ability to create wealth. It’s all just DATA.

That’s it. And the amazing thing about data is that the more we use it, the more self-trust we develop. And the less emotionally expensive experimentation becomes.

This is where business becomes fun again. Because instead of trying to get everything right, you start testing.

Change the headline.

Talk about the outcome differently.

Try the simpler funnel.

Put the offer in front of a different audience.

But stop doing the thing that is producing nothing. And give more attention to the thing that might be quietly producing results. Success requires you to test ideas. But not the same one for six months if it isn’t producing results.

When testing something, you can’t hold an attachment to the outcome. You just need enough self-trust to know that you can make adjustments moving forward.

October supports this beautifully because there is so much emphasis on reflection, reassessment, and bringing hidden information to the surface.

Don’t treat this as a reason to freeze or retreat from business development. Because it is permission to investigate your methods for making money more deeply.

So often when I use the word reflection, women treat it as a waiting room.

When it is your laboratory.

📈 Your Numbers Are Talking. Listen.

Think of it like this: if you’re going to challenge your strategy, you need information. So you’ll need to get incredibly practical.

Look at your business.

What is actually making money?

🚫 Not what you spend the most time creating.

🚫 Not what your coach told you should be your signature offer.

🚫 Not the prettiest sales page.

🔥 What are people actually buying?

🔥 Where are your leads coming from?

🔥 What are they clicking?

Honestly, where are you spending your time? And what is that time producing?

This doesn’t have to become some massive spreadsheet exercise. We’re simply looking for clues. 🕵️ Because the biggest theme running underneath October is truth. And numbers are wonderfully unemotional truth tellers.

💰 If you spent 20 hours on something and it produced $100, what can it produce for you over the next 12 months?

💰 If you spent 20 minutes having a conversation and it produced a $5,000 client, what made the call successful?

💰 If 500 people saw something and nobody clicked, that’s information. Is that a good lead?

💰 If an email you threw together in fifteen minutes outsold the campaign you obsessed over for a week, that’s REALLY interesting information. 😂

You are taking YOU out of the equation and looking directly at the strategy.

Did it work? What worked? Study it.

Women tend to have an outcome and immediately move on without taking the time to evaluate it. Wealth grows when we get better at identifying where value is actually being created. So become much more discerning about the difference between “work” and Wealth-Building Work. Because they’re not the same.

You can work your ass off all day and accomplish almost nothing that creates money. Or you can make one decision in twenty minutes that changes the trajectory of your business.

🫶 That’s why I’ve become so interested in challenging our obsession with hard work. I believe in hard work. I just don’t believe all hard work deserves equal amounts of our time.

October gives us an opportunity to identify the difference.

What If Your Next Level Requires Less?

We’re living through a massive change in the way businesses create value.

Technology is evolving ridiculously fast, in some good ways and some bad. AI is changing how we research, write, organize, communicate, analyze, create, and operate businesses. Systems that once required teams can increasingly be managed by one person. And things that once took hours can take minutes. Knowledge can be packaged, licensed, taught, and distributed in ways that weren’t accessible to the average entrepreneur twenty years ago.

And this opens an enormous door. But only if we stop using every efficiency to create more work. Think about that.

Technology can save you five hours.

💥 Fantastic!

➡️ So what are you filling those five hours with?

We keep creating efficiency without creating freedom. And that completely misses the opportunity. At what point do we stop trying simply to become more productive? You became an entrepreneur for the freedom. To do what you love while having it require less from you.

And that requires wealth strategies.

➡️ Production without your direct involvement.

➡️ Knowledge that becomes intellectual property.

➡️ Create once and leverage it.

This is an opportunity to find where you and your knowledge start doing the heavy lifting instead of requiring your labor to do all of it. Instead of jumping straight into implementation, ask the deeper questions that move you from simply creating income into creating wealth.

Find what is possible now that wasn’t before.

Self-Trust Changes Everything

I know I’ve talked a lot about strategy, but underneath all of this is something much bigger than strategy. It’s self-trust. Because questioning the rules sounds wonderful until you realize that questioning the rules means you can’t always look outside yourself for the answer.

That’s the uncomfortable part.

Someone else’s formula feels safe. After all, they tell you, “Just do what I do and it will work.” What to post and when. How many emails to send. But they have a very different business than you! And their demographic isn’t the same as yours.

Formulas can be useful because they give us somewhere to start. But eventually, your business becomes too nuanced for someone else’s formula to make every decision for you.

🔥 At some point, YOU have to become the person you trust with the business.

That doesn’t mean you stop learning or asking for advice. It means advice becomes information rather than instruction. You consider it. You don’t live by it. And if it aligns with your goals, you make adjustments and use it.

That’s what coaches mean when they say “self-leadership.” And it is one of the biggest shifts required as your business grows.

October can bring some fascinating moments around this because things you once accepted automatically may suddenly make you think, “Wait. Why am I doing this?”

So…

GOOD.

Ask.

But keep making adjustments and moving forward.

Let Yourself Want More

October also carries a strong current around desire, and I don’t want to bury that underneath strategy and self-trust. Because desire matters.

YES!

You want more money.

HELL YES!

You want a lot more money. 🥳

But you also might want to work three days a week. Or travel for three months every year.

My goal is to make enough through investments that my business income becomes optional. Not that I will retire, but that it is no longer the money I’m relying on to survive.

What I want you to understand is that there isn’t one correct version of wealth. And you have to be able to separate what you actually want from what you’ve been taught to want.

And then YOU get to decide how to create THAT.

Now you’re no longer building a business around someone else’s definition of success. You’re designing, experimenting, and problem-solving with your own desires in mind. Creating strategies around an actual outcome you want instead of blindly chasing growth.

If you want more money AND more time, don’t immediately assume those desires contradict each other. Make them the parameters of the problem.

➡️ You want to increase revenue without increasing your workload. Now your brain has something interesting to solve. What needs to change?

➡️ You want to double the amount of money your business creates without doubling the number of clients you personally serve. Excellent. Now we’re talking about leverage.

You’re allowed to want this! You just have to figure out how to start making it happen now, not someday in the future.

That shift is enormous.

Let October Be Your Laboratory for Wealth Creation

By the latter part of the month, some of the things we’ve talked about will start clicking into place. It might still be a little hazy, but things you couldn’t quite articulate can become obvious.

🫰 Ways you have made your business unnecessarily complicated.

🫰 Ideas you’ve dismissed in the past may suddenly look incredibly interesting.

You’ll see where you’ve been wasting time.

You’ll recognize the opportunities in front of you.

And you may finally understand what your audience has been telling you all along. But perhaps the biggest revelation has nothing to do with your business model.

You’ll have the opportunity to realize what you’ve known all along: what you want becomes possible when you trust yourself enough to do the work in alignment. That’s why I don’t want you going into October expecting some giant revelation to drop out of the sky.

🔥 I want you engaged with this energy.

Experiment.

Question.

Test.

Observe.

Reassess.

➡️➡️➡️ Challenge your assumptions.

And for the love of all things holy, stop requiring yourself to have everything figured out before you try something. 😂

Business is an experiment.

You try.

You learn.

You refine.

You try again.

Journal With This Energy

As you move through October, spend some time with these three questions:

1. What business strategy am I continuing because I know it works, and what am I continuing simply because it’s what I’ve always done?

2. Where do I already know what needs to change in my business, but I haven’t trusted myself enough to make the change?

3. If my next level of wealth had to create MORE money and MORE freedom at the same time, what would I need to rethink about how I currently work, sell, and create value?

Don’t rush to find the “right” answers. This is your laboratory. Get curious. Challenge what you think you know. And pay attention to what you discover.
