Part Two: The Cosmic Wisdom That Creates 6 Figure Freedom - Aligning Your Mind with the Power to Manifest

“Freedom isn’t the absence of structure. It’s the power to choose the structures that protect who you are becoming.” — Lynn Louise Larson
Cosmic Wisdom Tells Us that Nature Has Never Confused Freedom with Chaos
Welcome back to our series on Creating More Freedom. In the first blog, we talked about the brain science behind this idea. And why your brain actually benefits from knowing what happens next.
Why too many decisions can consume your mental bandwidth. And how routines and habits can preserve energy for creativity, relationships, problem-solving, and the things that actually matter.
And most importantly, we talked about the difference between structure and rigidity.
Structure supports you.
Rigidity controls you.
Now, I want to take that conversation somewhere completely different. Because structured freedom isn’t only supported by what we know about the brain. It’s written into the natural world. Just look around. Nature is incredibly structured.
☀️ The Sun rises and sets.
🌘 The Moon waxes and wanes.
🌊 The tides come in and go out.
❄️ Winter becomes spring.
🌱 Spring becomes summer.
🍂 Summer becomes fall.
There are periods of germination.
Growth.
Blooming.
Harvest.
Decay.
Rest.
And the cycle begins again.
Nature doesn’t seem to have any problem understanding something humans have made incredibly complicated: Structure and freedom aren’t opposites.
In fact, structure is often what allows freedom to exist. And nature has never confused freedom with chaos.
Cosmic Wisdom Shows Us Nature Isn't Random.
Think about the sunrise. There is extraordinary predictability to it. The Earth rotates. The Moon moves through its phases. Ocean tides respond to the gravitational relationship between the Earth, Moon, and Sun.
None of that is chaotic.
There is rhythm.
There is pattern.
Structure.
And here’s what’s interesting. Within those structures, there is enormous variation.
No two sunsets are identical.
No two summers are exactly the same.
A river has boundaries, but the water inside those boundaries is constantly moving and slowly shifting the boundaries.
That is structured freedom.
And I think that’s such an important distinction. Because sometimes when people hear the word structure, they immediately imagine restriction. Rules. And Schedules. But what if structure isn’t supposed to dictate every movement? And instead simply create the container which movement becomes possible.
Let’s go back to the river. ➡️ Without banks, it’s no longer a river. The banks don’t prevent the water from flowing. They make the flow possible.
I want you to come back to this image as we move through today’s conversation.
Because most likely your life doesn’t need fewer banks. It needs the right ones.
We Have Been Taught to Live Linearly When Life and Business are Cyclical
Now… One of the strangest expectations we’ve created for ourselves is this idea that we should operate at approximately the same level every single day.
Wake up.
Perform.
Produce.
Accomplish.
Repeat.
Monday through Friday.
Week after week.
Month after month.
And if we wake up one morning and don’t have the same energy as we had yesterday… we immediately assume something is wrong.
Asking…
Why am I tired?
Why can’t I focus?
Why don’t I feel creative?
And our response is often the same: How do I get back to being productive? And this is where cosmic wisdom offers us a completely different way of understanding life.
When I talk about cosmic wisdom, I’m talking about something humans have observed for thousands of years. But most have forgotten.
And a huge one is…
Life isn’t linear.
It’s cyclical.
Filled with Cycles. Rhythms. Patterns.
Our ancestors paid attention to the sky because their survival depended on it.
They watched the Sun.
They tracked the Moon.
They noticed seasonal changes.
They understood planting and harvesting cycles.
They knew when animals migrated.
They understood that there was a time to plant…
a time to tend…
a time to harvest…
and a time when the ground needed to rest.
Modern life has given us extraordinary conveniences. But somewhere along the way, we began believing that because technology can operate twenty-four hours a day… we should too.
Your phone doesn’t have seasons.
The internet doesn’t sleep.
Social media never closes.
And that creates a very unnatural expectation. That you should always be available. Producing. Creating and growing. But perpetual growth isn’t even how nature works. Nothing in nature blooms all year. And yet we’ve built entire definitions of success around the expectation that we should.
😣 Your business should always be growing.
😣 Your audience should always be growing.
😣 Your income should always be growing.
😣 Your productivity should always be increasing.
😣 You should always be becoming more efficient.
More successful.
More.
More.
More.
But growth is only one part of a cycle.
There are also periods of integration.
Reflection.
Completion.
Release.
Rest.
Preparation.
And those periods aren’t interruptions to growth. They are part of growth. That’s an important distinction.
Rest isn’t necessarily what happens when you’ve stopped creating.
Rest is part of creation.
And reflection is exactly how you discover what needs to happen next.
Completion is what creates the space required for the next thing to begin.
When you understand life cyclically, you stop judging every season by the standards of other seasons.
Because DIFFERENT ENERGIES SUPPORT DIFFERENT THINGS
This is the primary reasons I pay attention to cosmic cycles in my own work. Not because I believe the planets are sitting up there controlling every decision I make. But because cycles give us another framework for awareness.
There are times when the energy around us or within us feel incredibly supportive of initiation. Meaning… Start something. Taking action. Make the decision.
And then there are other periods where the invitation seems completely different.
Like a time to Release. Reflect. Connect. Or even consider.
But the mistake I see most women making is trying to use action energy for everything.
We think every problem needs movement. Sometimes the most aligned action is actually stopping long enough to understand what you’re feeling.
Sometimes it’s waiting.
Sometimes it’s completing something before beginning something else.
Sometimes it’s allowing an idea to develop before announcing it to the world.
Sometimes it’s walking away.
And yes, sometimes it’s putting your foot on the gas and going. Wisdom is knowing which moment you’re actually in.
What Doesn't Cosmic Wisdom Have to Do With Taking Action: What Does Movement Aciton Require
Which brings me to a question I want you to begin asking.
Most of us wake up and consciously or unconsciously ask: How much can I get done today? What needs to happen? What’s on the list? How much can I fit in? What’s the priority? And there’s nothing inherently wrong with that. Things need to get done. Businesses require action. Lives require maintenance.
But I want you to add another question: What does this moment actually require from me?
Not: What can I squeeze out of myself today?
Not: How productive can I be?
Not even: What should I be doing?
But: What does this moment require?
Maybe the answer is action.
Maybe you know exactly what you need to do and you’ve been avoiding it.
Then go.
Maybe the answer is courage.
Maybe it’s a conversation.
Maybe it’s creativity.
Maybe it’s solitude.
Maybe it’s finishing something.
Maybe it’s admitting something is finished.
Maybe it’s rest.
That question brings you out of automatic productivity… and back into relationship with yourself.
Creating Space to Hear the Answer Cosmic Wisdom Has For You
And this is where structured freedom becomes incredibly important. Because intuition rarely screams over noise. It’s subtle. It’s the thought that keeps returning.
The idea that won’t leave.
The feeling you can’t quite explain.
The direction that doesn’t necessarily make logical sense yet.
The quiet knowing: I don’t want this anymore.
Or: I think I’m supposed to go over there.
But if every available space in your life is filled… you may never hear it.
Think about how many inputs you’re receiving every day. Emails. Texts. Social media. Podcasts. News. Algorithms. Everybody has an opinion about what you should want.
What your business should look like.
What success should look like.
What you should sell.
How often you should post.
How much money you should make.
How visible you should be.
How ambitious you should be.
And then underneath all of that noise… there’s you. Trying to speak.
Sometimes Freedom Needs Seclusion
This is why solitude matters. And I don’t mean disappearing into a cave for three months. Although sometimes that sounds delightful. I’m talking about intentionally creating periods where you are not consuming someone else’s thoughts. That’s different from simply not working.
You can sit on your couch for two hours scrolling social media and technically be resting… while your brain is absorbing thousands of external messages.
What if you went outside without your phone?
What if you drove without listening to anything?
What if you drank your coffee without scrolling?
What if you took a walk without turning it into an opportunity to learn something?
What if there were portions of your week where nobody else’s voice had access to you?
Because when external noise gets quieter… your internal voice becomes easier to recognize. And that is another form of structure. You’re creating a boundary around your attention.
You’re saying: For this period of time, the outside world doesn’t get to tell me what to think.
That’s sacred structure.
What Happens When Structure Becomes Sacred
I love thinking about structure this way. Not as a schedule. Not as productivity. But as a container around what matters. We already do this in rituals. A ritual has structure. There is often a beginning. An intention. A sequence. An ending. The structure doesn’t make the ritual less meaningful.
The structure holds the meaning. And your life can work the same way.
Your morning can become a container.
Your work hours can become a container.
Your creative time can become a container.
Your solitude can become a container.
Your evenings can become a container.
The structure isn’t there to squeeze more productivity out of you.
It’s there to protect what would otherwise be consumed.
And that’s when structure becomes sacred rather than restrictive.
But in order to address structure we must discuss who built your current structure.
Now I want to ask you something that might make you a little uncomfortable.
➡️ Who designed the structure of your current life? Really think about that. Because we tend to assume we did. But did we? How much of your schedule exists because that’s genuinely how you want to live? And how much exists because of what you’ve been taught?
Work expectations.
Family expectations.
Cultural expectations.
Social expectations.
The algorithm.
Business advice.
What successful people are supposedly doing.
What women are supposed to do.
What mothers are supposed to do.
What entrepreneurs are supposed to do.
What someone at your income level is supposed to do.
What someone your age is supposed to do.
What ambition is supposed to look like.
We inherit structures constantly. And then we organize our lives inside them without ever asking: Does this actually fit me?
Even the Algorithm We Work Within Is a Structure
Let’s talk about social media for a second. Because this is such a good example. Someone tells you:
You should post every day.
You need reels.
You need stories.
You need short-form video.
You need long-form content.
You need email.
You need engagement.
You need to respond immediately.
And before you know it, an algorithm designed by a technology company has become one of the primary architects of your life. Think about how bizarre that is. You started a business because you wanted more freedom… and now you’re structuring your day around feeding a machine.
I’m not saying don’t use social media. I use social media.
I’m saying: Be conscious of who is creating the structure.
Because structure can support freedom.
But externally imposed structure can quietly steal it.
Your Authentic Dreams and Desires Need Room In the System
One of the things I’ve learned is that authentic desire can be surprisingly quiet. Especially when you’ve spent years being successful at meeting expectations. You can become incredibly good at creating a life that looks right.
A successful business.
A beautiful home.
Income.
Clients.
Accomplishments.
Recognition.
And then one day you realize: I don’t know if I actually want to live this way.
That’s a terrifying realization for some women. Because maybe nothing is obviously wrong. Maybe the life works. The business works. Maybe you’re even successful. But something inside you has changed.
That’s evolution. And if you’re never creating space to hear yourself, you can spend years maintaining a structure designed for a version of you who no longer exists.
That’s why your rhythms need to evolve with you.
When You Aligned with Cosmic Wisdom Cyclical Structure Becomes Part of Who You Are
Here’s a question I want you to sit with:
Is your life structured around who you are becoming… or who you’ve been?
Maybe you’ve changed.
Maybe what mattered five years ago doesn’t matter anymore.
Maybe the business you wanted isn’t the business you want now.
Maybe your definition of wealth has changed.
Maybe your relationship with ambition has changed.
Maybe you want more quiet.
More travel.
More creativity.
More time.
Maybe you want less.
Less noise.
Less visibility.
Less obligation.
Less rushing.
And there can be grief in admitting that. Because sometimes creating the next version of your life requires releasing structures that once served you very well. But cosmic wisdom reminds us: Completion isn’t failure.
Nature releases constantly. Leaves fall. Flowers die. Tides retreat.
Something ending doesn’t mean something went wrong.
Sometimes it means the cycle is complete.
Stop Trying to Force Every Season and Allow Yourself to Align
Imagine if summer refused to end. At first we’d probably love it. More sunshine. More warm days. More gardens. More flowers. But eventually… the system would break. The soil needs different conditions. Plants need dormancy. Ecosystems depend on seasonal change. The ending serves the whole.
And I think we forget this in our own lives.
We cling to things because they worked.
This offer made money.
This relationship was important.
This strategy grew my business.
This schedule made sense.
Great! But the fact that something served you doesn’t mean it needs to serve you forever. Sometimes honoring something means allowing it to complete. That’s cyclical living.
So here’s what I want you to do this week. Not a giant overhaul. Just observation.
I want you to create twenty minutes of intentional space.
No phone.
No podcast.
No audiobook.
No scrolling.
No working.
➡️ No trying to figure everything out.
Just you. Go outside if you can. Walk. Sit. Drink your coffee. Look out the window. Whatever works. And ask yourself three questions.
1️⃣ What season am I in right now? Not what season should I be in. What season am I actually in? Do I feel called toward beginning?
Growth? Creation? Connection? Completion?
Release? Reflection? Rest?
Then ask:
2️⃣ What does this moment require from me?
And finally:
3️⃣ Does the structure of my life currently support that?
Don’t force an answer. Notice what appears. Because you might discover that your problem isn’t that you’re unmotivated. You might simply be trying to force yourself to bloom during a season of completion. Or you might realize you’ve been hiding in reflection when the energy is actually asking you to move. You might discover you don’t need another strategy. You need silence. Or maybe you’ve had plenty of silence. Maybe you know exactly what you want. And now it’s time to act.
