1. Declare Your Identity Daily

Each morning, say out loud: “I am a woman who follows through. I am committed to creating change, even when it feels uncomfortable.”


2. Use the 2-Minute Rule

Start with one small action that takes 2 minutes or less. Why? Because action creates motion, motion creates momentum, and momentum creates motivation.


3. Post-Action Reflection

After completing a task, pause and acknowledge: “I created this momentum.” This reinforces the identity and rewires your subconscious.
